About ELLKA

Helen is an accessory designer and artisan based in Melbourne Australia. She created the ELLKA brand in 2019. She has a background in Apparel Design but discovered she had a stronger passion for handbags and accessories. She transfered her patternmaking and design skills to create her handbag designs. Helen loves experimenting with form to create unique shaped handbags, yet wants them to be functional and compliment peoples personal style. A huge highlight for ELLKA in 2021 was being featured in Vanity Fair London over 3 issues: June, July/August, September and also Vogue Retail London’s Digital September Accessory issue.
