hello. My name is Lionel, a child from Auvergne, born in the beautiful lands of Haute-Loire. By creating “POTS POTES”, I realized a personal project that was close to my heart, the result of my experience and an awareness about food, and “produce” - Producing “sustainable”. Limit as much as possible the impact of my productions on the environment. Use glass as 100% recyclable packaging. Produce “natural” Banish anything that is stabilizers, preservatives, additives, colors or adjuvants, all those artificial means used by the industry to extend the life of products or make them more attractive. - Produce “responsible”, and “social”. I have the will to bring production back to the heart of our territories, activate short circuits and local circuits, to use local ingredients as soon as possible, to perpetuate an economic fabric that has deteriorated in recent decades. - To produce “pleasure” finally, because for me canned food is a way to reconnect with my childhood. How many times has my mom “hired” me to help her, on memorable days devoted entirely to producing jars for the winter! Cooked mushrooms, in vinegar, pickles, ratatouille, terrines,... What a number of olfactory memories! My Madeleine de Proust in a way! This culinary, epicurean, convivial heritage, I want to share it with you now, through POTS POTES.
