It began with Rob actually, let’s call him Bobby D., when he was running late for his connecting flight on a Sunday afternoon in a minor Italian airport. Not eaten, hungry and within distance of a cafe near his gate he opted for a salad and diet coke. He poured some balsamic from the table, and the heavens opened singing sweet angelic songs...this balsamic is what I have captured and brought to you as Tre Foglie. You're gonna love it like I loved it passionately! Made with loving hands, knowledge and passion passed on thru generations. Naturally aged 4 years in fine oak barrels. 5.3% Acidity (typical is 6%) Sweet-Sour / "Agrodolce" flavor profile.
