SmitasCookery blends "Meat" ( 12 Spices) and " Veggies" ( 11 Spices) are unique and universal blends that can be used in your own recipes as rubs, marinades or seasoning for everyday cooking/ grilling. They are salt free and can be used for anything from seafood, beans, eggs, meat, veggies, poultry and whatever recipe you are used to making. I am founder of SmitasCookery Spices. I formulated these blends using family recipe. I roast and grind my spices and make in small batches. I launched my blends because 👉Many would buy large bottles of seasonings that would sit in the cabinets after the use and lose it's potency. Plus most of them have too much salt or fillers. 👉And many blends were missing a ton of spices that we grew up eating and were not formulated to provide maximum flavor. When people ask me for recipes i say, that’s the best part about these blends! To use it in anything and be creative! These blends are meant to make the life easy to be able to cook flavorful meal everyday even if you don’t know how to cook. Read their story
