Meet Chlesea, owner and designer of Rand Designs. Florida-raised and effortlessly cool, Chelsea has always had an eye for timeless style and a deep-rooted love for jewelry. After working at a brand she admired but eventually outgrew, she followed a hunch and her youngest brother to Chattanooga, where a serendipitous introduction led her to Jonesy Wood. She joined the team in 2019 and quickly became a key player, helping grow the business through product design, wholesale, and operations. As the brand evolved, so did Chelsea’s role, ultimately leading her to take the reins when the founder stepped away. Now, nearly a decade into her journey, Chelsea leads Rand with fresh vision, a love for beautiful materials, and a commitment to crafting jewelry that makes women feel effortlessly put together. Rand is her next chapter—and it’s just getting started.
