Moutche is the story of a young mother who, from her residence in Morocco, took on the challenge of finding the right shoes for her two little boys. Armed with a few sewing patterns downloaded from the Internet, fabric scraps from her living room, and leather acquired in a vibrant souk in Casablanca, she made slippers with the help of the neighborhood seamstress. And guess what? They delighted her children's little feet! She had the good idea to go further by working this time with podiatrists as well as renowned stylists/model makers to offer a wider audience high-end, durable, eco-friendly slippers and first shoes that comply with podiatrists' recommendations! Moutche's first-step slippers and shoes come to life in a sunny workshop in Morocco, where each pair reflects the unmatched talent of our dedicated artisans.
