About Art of Marina

Art of Marina is an illustration brand founded by fashion designer Marina Billinghurst. Marina began sharing her whimsical and bold, drippy watercolor artwork and hand drawn positive quotes to uplift friends and family through the internet! Before long she was showcasing her canvases at Art Shows and printing her work on sustainable fabrics, all while making clothing, scarves and pillows to decorate the world in her happy art. Fashion lover at heart, Marina loved illustrating fierce faces and confidence to boost her own. Low and bohold the universe made it possible for Marina to quit her full time fashion gig and follow her heart full time to make more art and fun things to decorate the world in, all from her home studio in Penticton, BC. Marina facilitates paint therapy watercolor workshops from coast to coast as a way to help others unlock their passion and exceed their wildest dreams. And when she’s not advocating for the causes dear to her heart, she’s in her studio listening to music, podcasts, and painting a watercolor world.
