"Tara Rook Studios" is a woman owned and operated creative wellness studio which explores the arts for healing by using art, music, meditation, and more. My intention is to guide others towards a mindful life through the use of visual art. I love illustrating nature, the healing arts, spirituality, wellness, anatomy and physiology, cannabis, and culinary arts.
