Handbook for Today was created by our founder Anna and born out of her own strong desire to get the best out of her days, no matter the circumstances! Started in May 2020, she wanted simple tools that help people deal with things that life throws at us (a global pandemic somehow acted as quite the catalyst). Being always interested in personal development and positive psychology, having read tons of self-improvement literature, she decided to create tools that enable the user to implement the science of positive psychology into the everyday, leading a more fulfilled, happy and confident life days as a result. As a busy mum and entrepreneur, she understands that resources are limited for most of us. That’s why all the positive changes suggested are bite-sized, quickly done and affordable. Happiness, calm and confidence shouldn't be a matter of resources, but of smart ways to use what we already have!
