About Love My Mat Yoga

Love My Mat was founded by a mother & daughter team in 2008. We consciously handcraft high quality yoga & meditation props with uniquely beautiful repurposed and forgotten fabrics to match your space & lifestyle. Shelley (the daughter) has been practicing & teaching yoga for over 15 years. Kathy (the mother) got her first sewing machine at 11 years old. Together, this mother-daughter team loved yoga, sewing, recycling, spending time together and thrift shopping so they turned their loves into a love-filled business. All of our products are 100% handmade in Hamilton, Ontario. All of our ingredients and materials are sourced as locally and sustainably as possible. We ship with little to no waste.
