Peppers-R-Paradise is a small family business that is proud to bring the most flavorful Hot Sauces to all!! We do that with small batch, home grown, hand picked, natural ingredients! We are designated Kentucky Proud by the KY Dept of Agriculture. My son, Chef Ryan, and I share the desire to make very unique and flavorful sauces. Ryan's enthusiasm for hot sauce might have come from me but he won't say. His love for sauce in his restaurant world has certainly been a benefit for Peppers-R-Paradise. Our first sauce in 2012 came from Ryan informing me of an "interesting" recipe he developed. We have been blessed to develop many more "interesting" recipes since then. We are about enhancing your food not destroying it! The statement we live by is "it's much more than the heat, it's about the flavor"!! The flavor we add to our peppers makes our sauces very special and loved by almost all. One of my favorite memories as a child was eating my Aunt Mimi's hot pickles.
