Madvee is an economist turned beekeeper, who travels the African continent looking for beekeepers to partner with and bring a curated selection of honey varietals for your palate. Bees with Stories was born out of a forest biodiversity conservation project where beekeeping was promoted as an alternative activity to wood cutting and selling to generate additional income to remote dwellers. By putting African honey on the global market, we generate sales and, by so doing, create the link between forest biodiversity conservation and financial gains for the beekeepers. THIS link is what triggers sustainable behaviour change!
