Self-taught, passionate about cooking and baking, it was in 2019 that we launched with Caroline “L'Atelier Ohayo” to share these little sweet treats created as a family for you all. From this momentum, our range of Caramels has expanded, joined later by comforting marshmallows, tasty fruit pastes and original homemade nougat. Gourmet and poetic caramels that do not stick to your teeth! It is a subtle encounter between caramel and chocolate that has allowed us to create authentic artisanal confectionery and allowing us to decline them in multiple flavors for your greatest pleasure: praline, coffee, pink praline or our latest creation with Matcha Green Tea.
