Eponym of the Southwest. Anne -Franco-Scottish - and Jean-Louis - French - have lived for many years in both France and Scotland. Jean-Louis worked in the food industry in Scotland and France, and was also the owner of a French restaurant in Glasgow. In 2019 they returned to France for good, finding a healthier and more serene lifestyle, and thus dedicating themselves to their passion: making high quality spirits. Their “award winning” gins and their cocktails are made with grape marc alcohol from the Languedoc region. Saint Amans Gin Rosé, one of the rare handmade rosé gins, is produced from maceration on site in Saint Amans. Anne and Jean-Louis grow raspberries in their garden, as do lavender, roses, Toulouse violets, almonds and hazelnuts — all ingredients in Saint Amans Gin. The company's values are based on authenticity, quality, passion, professionalism and respect for the environment.
