About Benoit's Design Co.

We began as a service-based creative business, always dreaming of building something tangible—something people could hold, gift, and keep. That spark became real when we designed a laser-engraved map of our family cottage on Casco Bay, Maine. It was personal, heartfelt, and unlike anything we’d made before. That one idea lit a fire. Over time—and through a lot of learning, experimenting, and late nights in the workshop—we slowly shifted from offering services to creating products that told stories. Then came COVID. Like so many small businesses, we faced uncertainty, but it also brought clarity. The pause gave us the silver lining we didn’t expect: the space to fully step into the product business we’d been dreaming about. Today, Benoit's Design Co. is what we always hoped it would become—a small family-run team of makers and designers creating meaningful, handcrafted goods that celebrate the lives people live. From engraved glassware and felt pennants to wood illustrations and art prints, everything we make is rooted in the same care and creativity that started it all. Thanks for being part of our story.
