About SANDERS DE ROEPER

Hi! We’re Tim Sanders and Hatty de Roeper, co-founders of Sanders de Roeper, a husband-and-wife design duo based in Hastings, East Sussex. Thanks for stopping by! We create playful, thoughtful designs that uplift, connect, and bring joy. Our work is rooted in a belief in the power of positivity; with humour, colour, and heart at the centre of everything we do. We met at Kingston University, where we graduated in 2010, Tim in Graphic Design and Hatty in Fashion. Hatty later completed an MA at the Royal College of Art. Now parents to two young children, we bring our lived experiences, including later-in-life diagnoses of neurodivergence, into a creative practice that celebrates individuality and the joy of being different. We’re passionate about preserving the beautiful human connection that greeting cards bring in an ever-changing digital world. At the same time, we love surrounding ourselves with joy at home, and with our obsession for posters and art, creating our own prints felt like a natural step. Collaboration sits at the heart of everything we do, and we thrive on working closely with retailers to understand what truly resonates with their customers.
