At Le petit maître, we create original and truly natural cocoa powders. Only real natural ingredients, carefully selected and hand-measured, to create over 40 gourmet recipes with a just and authentic taste. Where does our cocoa come from? Our cocoa comes from the village of Ayos in Cameroon, cultivated in the heart of committed terroirs, according to the principles of agroecological and responsible farming. From the cocoa tree to the powder, each step is meticulously controlled to ensure total traceability, fair compensation for the villagers, and a concrete contribution to local development. What kind of cocoa? At Le petit maître, we advocate for raw, living, and non-artificially processed cocoa. Our cocoa powder is non-alkalized, allowing it to retain all its natural aromatic richness. Slightly bitter, delicately tangy, it reveals a palette of subtle and balanced notes, far from standardized and over-processed industrial powders. All our recipes are handmade in France, in the Loire, in our small workshop in Ste-Foy-St-Sulpice.Read their story
