In their short time operating they have also created a beautiful online hub where women support, uplift and encourage one another. When they aren't working online you will find SbtS hosting seasonal retreats to bathe all the senses. From mindful movement (hiking, yoga) sound baths, journaling and plant based picnics out in nature, these magical retreats encourage women to refill their cups.
