My journey into entrepreneurship began at a crossroads in my life. After leaving what I thought was my dream job as a housing director for Arizona State University and welcoming my second child into the world, I found myself pondering my next steps. It was during this period of uncertainty that I reconnected with my lifelong passion for shoe design and fashion forecasting. The catalyst for KENYADA was born out of a personal need – A quest for the perfect black pump. Despite scouring countless stores and online platforms, I couldn't find a shoe that met my criteria for style, quality, and affordability. This gap in the market inspired me to take matters into my own hands, leading to the creation of my own ideal shoe. This experience illuminated a clear path for me. I realized that if I was facing this issue, countless other women were likely encountering the same challenge. With this in mind, I decided to launch KENYADA, an online shoe store dedicated to providing women with high-end shoes that don't compromise on style or quality. Our focus is on high heels and sandals, offering pieces that are both timeless and fashionable. My vision for KENYADA is to become the go-to destination for women seeking that perfect pair of shoes, whether for a special occasion or everyday wear.
