Kristen Sonntag is a Reiki Master, musician, and writer. Her line of crystal essence and aromatherapy mists, SPIRIT WORK, is a tool to assist in healing work, meditation, and the creative process. SPIRIT WORK is a ritual mist made with crystal essences in distilled water, organic essential oils, and Reiki energy. Every bottle comes with a sound and guidebook download. Kristen’s psychic abilities were activated as a child; the spiritual gateway reopened to her as an adult following a near-death experience after the birth of her son. Kristen received her first Reiki attunement in 2015 at Maha Rose in Brooklyn, NY. In 2019 she became a certified Reiki Master in the Usui/Holy Fire III system of healing, studying with William Lee Rand in Glastonbury. Kristen’s work is informed by the traditions of Western Esotericism and Hermeticism, Tibetan Buddhist philosophy, and matrilineal earth-based magic.
