About Barnie's

It all started with Barnie, a brave and lively bull terrier. Barnie was our first adventure companion, the dog who taught us what it means to love unconditionally. We found him in a shop where he spent his first four months behind a window, and from that moment our lives changed forever. Barnie was not just a dog: he was family. When we discovered that he suffered from intolerances and allergies, we realized that industrial food was not enough. We wanted to offer him the best, a diet that respected his nature and helped him live a healthy and happy life. So, in 2012, our small venture was born: a handcrafted project, designed first and foremost for Barnie and then for all the dogs and cats who, like him, deserve the best. Our products are born from love and attention to detail. We chose to produce foods that respect the nature of the ingredients, using techniques like selective extrusion to preserve the nutritional and organoleptic properties of the raw materials. Pork protein, for example, has become one of our pillars: it is one of the most delicate and suitable protein sources for dogs and cats with skin or digestive sensitivities. We are a small venture, and we are proud of it. Our size allows us to maintain complete control of the production chain, from the selection of ingredients to processing.Read their story
