Since July 2017, CLAC, the Local Artisanal and Creative Cannery has been imagining and cooking organic preserves from local ingredients from fifteen farms and partner farms in Auvergne. In compliance with our 3 pillars, BIO, LOCAL and HANDICRAFT, we work with fresh ingredients, harvested at full maturity to offer you tasty and 100% original recipes. Our products are sold exclusively in organic stores and delicatessens.
