About Quartier Libre Papier

Quartier Libre Papier is inspired by a breeze of freedom blown by the desire and boldness to create. The brand was born at the end of 2017 in Toulouse, in the south of France. Behind this slightly crazy idea is Adeline, an ardent stationery enthusiast. Trained in and passionate about Applied Arts, she decided to embark on a wild project: to create a brand with a colorful and joyful universe. Deeply attached to the world of illustration, Quartier Libre offers original patterns entirely hand-drawn. Most of its illustrations are made with watercolor and pencil and then printed in Occitanie.
