About DELUGE Cosmetics

My name is Clara Madrid, founder of DELUGE Cosmetics. I am proud to say, we are a family-owned business. Our company was founded in 2012 under the name of Unik Cosmetics. We started as a distribution company of beauty care products imported from Europe and Asia. In 2013 I was diagnosed with breast cancer, during these days and months of treatment I spent a lot of time praying to God and meditating on his word, I thank the Lord who gave me the strength and peace to accept everything with much serenity. During these months, God granted me with his grace and strengthen me to move forward with my life and everything I was passionate about - the company. On the other hand, there was me, I realized, I had to make a change in my life with my personal needs in beauty care; now, I should have more caution as to what products I should apply on my skin. IT ALL STARTED IN MY KITCHEN The true story is that I started in the kitchen of my house formulating organic cosmetics for my personal use. My first product was the Coffee Scrub. I remember making many batches, modifying the recipe and after so many trials, I came up with a great formula which had such a great reception with my daughters and friends, they encouraged me to sell it on Amazon. And so began my new journey. Our Coffee Scrub remains one of our best selling products today on Amazon and in all sales channels.
