About Masseria Dauna

Masseria Dauna is a farm that produces tomatoes through dry farming in Puglia, on the hills of Daunia. For 25 years, we have been producing our tomatoes without the use of pesticides or other chemicals. We process the freshly picked tomatoes only by hand and without the use of machines or industrial processes. We do not add water to the tomatoes, nor salt nor citric acid. Only the ripe tomato, peeled by hand and placed in jars, to enjoy the true taste of Puglia on your plate every day.Read their story
