theBird+theBeard are husband and wife stationery business specializing in geeky greeting cards. Our Sentimental Elements line of greeting cards inspired by the Period Table of the Elements was born in 2013, and we have since expanded our academic themes to include BASIC computer programming, binary code, math equations, and more. We have been featured in trade magazines such as Stationery Trends and on several international blogs including BuzzFeed and Huffington Post. Our cards are designed and printed in-house in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with eco-friendly pigment ink on recycled paper. theBird+theBeard can be found in independent stationery shops across the United States and Canada.
