The Pro Seasoning Brand of Spices was created in 2019 by Tallahassee Chef Nikki Pettineo. Nikki saw a need in the market for chef created spices with no silicon dioxide or unnecessary fillers. Pro Seasoning uses high quality ingredients like Himalayan Pink Salt. The seasoning blends are perfectly balanced by a real working chef, not a food scientist looking to cut corners. Pro Seasoning is women and LGBT+ owned and produced in small batches in an SQF2000 certified facility with an audit score of "Excellent," the highest score possible within the SQF framework.
