Voglie di Bosco Moretti is a company founded in 1989 out of a passion for GOOD FOOD, with the specific aim of preserving the great cultural heritage passed down to us from ANCIENT FARM RECIPES. We want to help new generations (and those who remember them but can no longer find them) rediscover the unmistakable FLAVORS OF THE PAST, made from natural ingredients grown in a healthy and environmentally friendly way, or gifted to us by our forests. Unlike most of our competitors, who use sweeteners and chemical additives in their recipes, we use only a few CAREFULLY SELECTED RAW MATERIALS, most of which are sourced LOCALLY. We market and transform into preserved foods: TRUFFLES, MUSHROOMS, undergrowth products, and VEGETABLES.
