Ani Machado was born and raised in Miami, FL and is now a college student at Georgetown University. Being a triplet, she was always encouraged to find her own niche. A lover of the beach, she found inspiration from the nearby Bahamas and decided to bring her childhood bikini sketches to life. Alamea’s aesthetic is all about cheeky and high-cut trims that showcase our most flattering features. Known for its comfy, supportive fabrics and its sexy appeal, Alamea fuses flirty comfort and style for all body types. “Alamea” means “precious” in Hawaiian. The swimwear label is named after the “precious” qualities that being around the water evokes to mind.
