About Munchy Crunchy Protein®

Founders Christy and Chuck are Trekkies, peace-lovers, social activists and compassionate living enthusiasts residing in Minnesota. We have raised our family governed by the principles of compassion for all life, good nutrition, and environmental stewardship. Decades ago, we invited more compassion into our lives by eliminating meat from our diet. Today, we are vegans. We enjoy increased health and vitality while making a positive impact on the planet. We first created a portable plant-based high protein meal topper to meet our busy lives. They would provide an easy way for all people to start or keep moving towards a more plant-based life. We also wanted a healthy and tasty snack and it had to have a lot of plant-based protein, too! We headed back to the kitchen to create our Munchy Crunchy Protein® Snacks. They are made with simple, healthy, natural ingredients and are GMO, Gluten and Nut free. They come in 3 fun flavors - Salted Caramel, Rockin’ Ranch and Chillin’ Chipotle.
