Jessica Facchine is an artist based in Ewing, NJ. She loves all things nature and empowerment and aims to showcase those aspects in all her work. Jessica started A Calculated Mess, LLC in 2018 as a way to get back into art after graduating with a BFA from Mason Gross School of the Arts in 2005. Since then, she has dabbled in just about everything from traditional painting to jewelry making and has a new love for laser cut pieces. One thing that feels so genuine and unique about Jessica and her brand is the desire to help people value who they truly are without compromise. We are all special and our voices deserve to be heard. She aims to continue to help people see this throughout her work. One fun fact about Jessica is that she loves rainbows and sees them all day long in her everyday life. Not just rainbows in the sky, but the colors of the leaves as they change for the fall, a random chance sighting of cars in the parking lot that are rainbow color (a game she used to play with her daughter would be to find a car of each color of the rainbow before they got home from karate class- purple was always tricky, but they usually got lucky that a purple car was typically parked in a nearby parking lot), or a store display during Pride.
