"Homba" was the first word of our little son Michael which means in slovak baby language "swinging". He slept in a swinging baby hammock every day since birth and he loved it. Both of our babies enjoyed the hammock and loved sleeping in it so much that it made the idea of creating our own designed homba baby hammock that would meet everything we had found to be useful with our babies. At the heart of the homba is "Joy of swinging" - so natural even before birth, when we were swinging in mummy's tummy for 9 months, and that comforting feeling in in us.
