Mouse's Favourite began in 2016 and we have been working diligently ever since to perfect our craft and produce the best vegan cheese we can. Each one of our cheeses is hand-made with care, from only the finest ingredients and in small batches to ensure quality and consistency every time. We keep the process as pure as possible and allow the fermentation to create subtle varieties of flavours rather than adding extra ingredients.
