Hello, my name is LaToya, and I am the creator/owner of Candle's by Walt'sToy. Candle's by Walt'sToy is a black owned business that was created in my home. The name Candle's by Walt'sToy come from my husband's name (Walt) and my name (Toya). Candle making for me started back in 2021 after being out of work for a year I need to find a way to keep myself busy. So, one day my nieces and I was on YouTube looking at DIY's and we came across videos of candle making. I always had a thing for candle' but never thought to make them. So, we went to amazon and order a kit and made it together. Once we were done, I was just amazed of the outcome. So, I did some research on how to start a candle business and that's how it began.
