I'm an olive oil sommelier, and I work with farms across the Mediterranean to bring you a variety of delicious olive oils from harvest to your table. Olive oil is a craft. There's 1600 varieties of olives around the world. Every olive will give you a different tasting oil. My first release is a single origin olive oil from Sparta, Greece.
