These hot sauces were hand-crafted by award-winning chef, Joshua Walbolt. He has experience in 3 star Michelin restaurants and is the founder of Lovefoodmore, llc. Each bottle is hand crafted and made in small batches to create consistency. The sauces focus on providing a well balance of flavor and heat and they bring all your dishes to the next level. Joshua started this company weeks after being let go from a 3 Star Michelin restaurant in NYC because of the pandemic. He shortly found out his wife was pregnant with their first child and he knew he had to do something on top of picking up odd jobs that were available. With just $94 in his bank account he started Baby Daddy's Hot Sauce. The name of the company came to him during the first ultrasound as he sat in that car and waited for his wife to return because he was not allowed inside.
