Parvin Mavaneh is a perfumer and artist based on the east coast. Growing up, she was very fond of painting, reading and flowers. Her Iranian heritage was heavily engrained in her and helped her realize her destiny through planting in her garden. When her family immigrated to the US in the 90’s, they brought with them marigold flower seeds and would grow them for more than two decades in their garden. If she wasn’t reading or painting, she was tending to the marigold flowers in the garden. She went on to study English literature in college and allowed her imagination to come up with what would be a beautiful fragrance and candle line. This was further motivated by her travels to Montana, Texas and Louisiana where she realized she wanted to combine her culture with the west to create one of a kind scents. Her wild child imagination combined with her love for scent inspired the Mavani collection (M V N I). M V N I combines fragrances from the east and west to invoke nostalgia and feel good scents that will awaken your senses and uplift your mood. It combines both masculine and feminine touches and features a sleek minimalist look to decorate your vanity or nightstand. Feel nostalgia all around you as your nose embraces the latest scents from M V N I’ s vision.
