EDO OLIVE OIL - The fusion between Gastronomy, Design and Sustainability. EDO is considered a Gourmet piece of Art - the first Olive Oil in the world that has been exhibited in several international Museums thanks to its unique eco-friendly design concept. We are a family-owned business fully focused on creating a very distinctive artisanal product by extracting the best quality olive oil from our region (PDO Siurana, Spain) through traditional techniques that guarantee the best care for the olive trees. We produce a very limited series of bottles by harvesting only the olives at its optimal maturity level, which happens just one week a year, to ensure the lowest acidity level and higher organoleptic properties. Our passion for nature goes beyond our eco-friendly harvesting techniques. Our care for the environment has led us to design a bottle that lasts over time wherever it is consumed. We give a second life to the product, be it your cruet set of choice or a decoration & art piece. This innovative design has been awarded as the Best Packaging Concept of 2018 by the well-known German Design Association "Red Dot". Our iconic eco-design has been displayed in several Art expositions across Europe.
