Mordicus is a family biscuit factory founded by Frédéric & Sandrine, lovers and enthusiasts of gastronomy. We loved spending time in the kitchen with our grandmothers: Italian for one, Landes for the other. Wonders, chocolate cream, onion pasta and other dry white wine 🍪 cookies. Our deepest desire is to be able to transmit these sweet and precious moments through our cookies and other gourmet recipes 😋. Our secret is at the doors of our workshop. Ingredients 🌱 carefully produced by our local partners: flour, eggs, chili 🌶, oil, cheese, black garlic, beer vinegar etc. The start of a good cookie... Know-how 🧑‍🍳 does the rest, for years we have been working to offer varied textures, shapes and flavors to allow everyone to dip, spread, or devour. We produce sweet and savory cookies in Aquitaine 🇫🇷, at the foot of the Pyrenees 🏔 with local products without additives, which is essential.
