We work with local farmers, National Trust properties and other organisations to produce the finest local honey. Our honey has minimal processing, coming straight from the comb to the jar with the only processing being a small gauge seive, otherwise all the natural goodness, enzymes, minerals and vitamins remains in the honey, just the way the bees intended it.
