About Empowered Lifestyle Solutions

Empowered Lifestyle Solutions was birthed out of my quest for natural solutions for personal care needs for me and my family. In 2016, I became more selective of what I put IN my body and ON my body. Later in 2018, I felt empowered to embrace my naturally curly hair and decided to do “the big chop.” These lifestyle changes were amazingly liberating and presented a need for non traditional and money saving solutions. My journey for natural solutions to support my lifestyle began with research in three focus areas: • herbs and plant based solutions to reduce inflammation • chemical free yet nourishing and aromatic skin care • moisturizing and growth concoctions for natural 4C hair All things initially lead to Turmeric, Moringa, raw Shea Butter, Sweet Almond and Essential Oils. Those close to me know I love to cook and believe I can recreate any recipe then tweak it with Denece’s touch. Those tweaks became Body Butters, Body Scrubs, Body Massage Oils, Herbal Capsules, Hair Growth Oils and more. Over the years, I’ve shared my creations with family and friends many who also asked to have products created for their specific needs.
