100% of the profits from Subida Coffee go to charity. When your customers buy Subida Coffee they get to be a part of fighting poverty through education in western Honduras. Subida Coffee Company began in August of 2018 with the goal of supporting the incredible work of the Moses Project. The Moses Project is our 120 acre commercial farm and agriculture training center located in the mountains of Western Honduras. Young men from surrounding communities are assisted in completing their formal education through high school. Through the years of their involvement in the project, they also receive a detailed and practical education in various agriculture fields including tilapia, chickens, green houses, bee-keeping, and of course, coffee. The goal of this project is to provide these young men with the practical skills they need to provide for their families and to benefit their society and local economy, in a country that desperately needs it. We are always looking to find the best people to do the job, both in Honduras and in the United States. We emphasize this to ensure we are providing our customers with the highest quality cup of coffee. Another emphasis of both our coffee production and our farm is providing much needed jobs with fair wages to members of the local community. This includes many women who are seeking ways to provide for their family.
