About Squirrel Tacos Papercuts

Hi, I’m Casey — the hands and heart behind Squirrel Tacos. What started over a decade ago with a scalpel blade and a stack of paper has grown into a full-fledged creative studio nestled on the East Coast. Inspired by woodland wanderings, vintage folklore, and a touch of whimsy, I create delicately detailed papercuts and laser-cut wood designs meant to bring a little wonder into everyday spaces. Squirrel Tacos is now in its lucky 13th year, offering framed papercut art, greeting cards, and a growing line of laser-cut wood décor — all made with care and a deep love for storytelling through design. My work has found homes in indie shops, galleries, and boutiques across the U.S. (and beyond), and has been featured in Bride Magazine, Breaker Zine, and South Jersey’s Best.
