Seahorse is a single-origin cocoa roaster and chocolate maker in Bend, Oregon. Cocoa, like wine and coffee contains hidden, layered nuances which vary greatly depending on the region, soil, altitude, farmer and preparation. Our secret-sauce is drum roasting small batches of cocoa beans to bring out each varietal’s unique flavor.
