About Anchor Toffee

Anchor Toffee was founded in 2014 by Peter and Katie Kelly. We are husband and wife team who started the family business just a few short months after starting our family! Peter, a life long chef and educator is the head candy maker, and Katie, also a chef, is the creative force behind our distinctive packaging and custom ribbon and wax stamp selections. We make the candy the way it was done 100 years ago. Copper kettle, hardwood paddle, open fire.
