About L’instant chocolat d’Isabelle

Chocolate has always been a part of my life. As a child, in the evening, I saw my Dad heading to the fridge and treat himself a chocolate bar from the celery elephant. Later I discovered and immediately loved the world of our taste buds. For 15 years, I explored the cuisine of the world for my delight and that of my loved ones. While continuing to offer me my belgian cute sin, the Manon style praline. In September 2015, I decided to go back to school to unravel the mystery of chocolate and especially learn how to work it while leaving him his nobility. After two years of training and almost as many tasting sessions of my productions including my husband, family and close friends were the first tasters, I learned the gestures, the flavors, the work, the rigor but also the immense possibility that chocolate offers. I tried to tame chocolate and finally it was he who amazed me, mesmerized. My small workshop is now installed in a room specially dedicated to this work. In this friendly, warm space, I continue to explore, discover but also share. I like to see the amazed gaze of the children who come to create their snack there, I like to share these little convivial moments around a chocolate sweetness, I like to create there every day.
