About Ingegerd

Behind the Ingegerd brand is textile designer Ingegerd Ribers Wellsandt, who lives in Germany and has a diploma here. She has worked as a freelancer for renowned eco-companies from the very beginning for many years. The special feature of these products made from “one hand” is their Scandinavian reduced design style, in which the choice of materials (fair+eco) and in-house production in Germany lead to uncompromisingly ecological design. This avoids long transport routes. The cuddly pillows are printed by hand in our own workshop, the blankets are knitted in the neighboring village of Gönningen and the meter goods for bed linen are printed in one of the last remaining textile printing houses in Germany.Read their story
