Z Beans Coffee was founded in 2016 after a trip to Ecuador built a lasting friendship between Shane Buerster and Arturo Peñarreta. Together, the two worked to build a supply chain for coffee farmers in the El Oro region to sell their coffee to the States. Through direct, fair trade practices, Z Beans Coffee has pioneered the concept of Transparent Trade in order to build economically sustainable communities. With each bag of coffee, you will know the name of your farmer and have the opportunity to learn about where they came from and who they are as individuals.
