From the terroir of Morocco to our French tables 10 hectares of land at 700 meters above sea level for an average production of 5 tons of olives per year, this is the harvest obtained by La Maison OUDALYS since 2017, a young company born in Auxerre in Burgundy and creator of the brand Indhyafood. Our family land located on the heights of the Middle Atlas, a rural village of 2000 inhabitants in the Atlas, is very rich, they have never been exploited. “I planted 4000 olive trees in 2011 and 2012 in the mountains of the Middle Atlas”. I gave them the best care: one size per year and some manure in winter, to get a high quality natural product certified in organic farming. Green Morocco Plan encourages the country's economic development Since the agreements of COP 22 in Marrakech at the end of 2016 advocating respect for soils and the environment as well as the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions, the Moroccan state generously subsidizes project leaders who wish to develop for export and modernize the agriculture sector.
