All C.Q.F.D. pasta is made from organic durum wheat from the Ile-de-France organic durum wheat sector created as part of the project set-up. They are drawn in bronze to give them the roughness that will allow them to retain the sauce for a tenfold delicacy. Dry pasta is dried slowly and at a low temperature to preserve the authentic flavor of durum wheat, as well as all its nutrients, and ensure good cooking behavior. We develop pasta with original shapes and recipes that honor the products of our terroirs: ravioli with Brie and Meaux mustard, goat cheese and chard, carrot top pesto, etc. All the ingredients used in the composition of fillings, ravioli and sauces come from organic farming in the Île-de-France or French regions.Read their story
